My Experience
I am a certified Life Coach and certified in Mental Health First Aid and certified Project Management Professional.
I have been guiding people on their journeys for more than 20 years around improving work experiences, developing better communication skills and improving relationships in all walks of life, including oneself.
I meet with people to navigate them through their challenges. I have taught myself how to escape depression and manage anxieties, as well as how to advocate for myself when I have felt "less than".
