I spent thirty years learning how to advocate for my value, create opportunities, and build a career without a traditional roadmap, working as an administrative professional and project manager across corporate America before anyone ever called themselves my mentor. I learned to advocate for myself, create roles where none existed, and build a career I'm proud of. It didn't have to take decades.
