It didn't have
to take decades.

You shouldn't have to spend years waiting for someone else to recognize what you're capable of. You've put in the work. You're dependable, you're good at your job, and you've built real expertise, but being good at your job hasn't necessarily gotten you the career you actually want.

I know that because I lived it. I spent thirty years learning how to advocate for my value, create opportunities, and build a career without a traditional roadmap, working as an administrative professional and project manager across corporate America before anyone ever called themselves my mentor. I learned to advocate for myself, create roles where none existed, and build a career I'm proud of. It didn't have to take decades.

What took me decades to learn is what I now help you see sooner: your experience has value, your skills are transferable, and you have more choices than you may realize.

Why "MentorMe"? Because for a long time, I had to mentor myself. The name is a reminder that growth starts with self-awareness, strategy, and ownership.
